Strength Shop Olympic weightlifting bar, sized for adolescents/small adults, measuring 1.7m in length and weighing 10kg.
It's made from spring steel with a shaft diameter of 25mm and soft knurling.
The sleeve type features needle bearings, and it has a recommended max weight of 85kg.
Comes with two red training weight plates and two chrome collars, all in good working order.
