7ft bar is compatible with Mirafit power racks (please note the other sizes are not long enough)
Suitable for use with Olympic weight plates and bumper plates
Solid steel bar with chrome finish
Rotating sleeves with built in needle bearings and bronze outer bushings
28mm diamater bar with knurling for excellent grip
Please note this bar is not suitable for exercises which involve dropping the bar from overhead
Suitable for up to 300kg
