The Big 3 Power Bar is designed specifically for powerlifting training and completing the 3 competition lifts of the squat, bench press & deadlift. This bar has been designed to the specification of the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF): featuring a 29 mm shaft with an aggressive 1.5 mm knurling to improve grip, the 210 kPSI steel shaft makes the bar very rigid with essentially no whip, IPF knurl marks ensure consistent training & competition conditions, and thinner collars allow for increased loading capacity.
