About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced cook to join our team. This role focuses on preparing and serving food.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking food items to a high standard
Ensuring all food is served promptly and presented well
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
Following all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
Monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies are low
Ensuring proper storage of food in line with food safety guidelines
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience (essential)
Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
