Pub Manager / Operations Manager – The Rattlebone, Sherston
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Pub Manager to join us at The Rattlebone , a busy, well-loved country pub with a strong food and drink offer.
This is a full time role for someone with experience, enjoys responsibility, and wants to drive the business forward.
The role
* Day-to-day running of the pub alongside the owners
* Managing and leading the front-of-house team
* Delivering great service
* Stock control, standards, opening & closing
* Supporting events, busy services and weekends
What we’re looking for
* Proven pub or hospitality management experience
* Calm under pressure and good with people
* Organised, reliable, and commercially aware
