Description

Role summary

Tamesis Dock Ltd seeks one Creative Producer to conceive and deliver media content and cultural programming for Tamesis Dock and Battersea Barge. The role’s core focus is showcasing our in‑house team and guest performers—through creative storytelling, live‑event capture, and audience engagement—supported by light training content to sustain high‑quality delivery.

Key duties (creative focus)

Produce and direct media that spotlights people: mini‑documentaries, behind‑the‑scenes features, team profiles, and artist promos; capture live sets and create after‑movies and trailers.

Curate and deliver audience‑facing formats (e.g., interactive/gamified activities, pre‑show primers, Q&As) that elevate the visibility of staff and performers.

Develop branded materials and Electronic Press Kits (EPKs) for performers and team showcases; coordinate with artists on visuals and campaign assets.

Programme and promote showcase moments (on‑night features, social “spotlight” series) to build followings for both the crew and guest acts.

Prepare and place outputs for press, festivals, and social channels, amplifying the venue’s cultural footprint.

Supporting duties (education & operations)

Create concise training resources (how‑to videos, checklists, style guides) that help staff participate in and sustain media capture and storytelling.

Participate in live event operations (as needed) to keep outputs authentic and grounded in venue realities.

Outcomes

Increased visibility and recognition of TDL’s team and guest performers (press mentions, festival submissions, follower growth).

Stronger event promotion and audience engagement (attendance, dwell time, content reach).

Reusable toolkits that upskill staff and ensure consistent, high‑quality cultural delivery.
