Description
Alex Cooper and Eladio Ribeiro are hospitality veterans with a combined 30 years in banqueting, food events and hospitality. Based in Walsingham, North Norfolk, they operate two brands under Old Alliance Hospitality:
Crust Rebels Pizza rebels against boring pizza - expect wagyu steak & peppercorn sauce, Staithe Smokehouse salmon & sour cream etc. We also do fantastic posh BBQs, buffets and banqueting.
The Norfolk Sardine brings Portuguese street food as well as fine dining to Norfolk. Eladio is himself Portuguese to you can rest assure the flavours are authentic.
We cater for private and corporate events, weddings as well as festivals - we'd love to work with you!
