Live-in Rota Nanny (Belgravia)
Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off, 24/7 when on-duty
Children: 2 years & 6 months
Salary: Up to £110,000 p.a. (negotiable for the right person)

About the Role:
A warm, discreet UHNW family in Belgravia are seeking an exceptional live-in rota nanny to provide sole-charge care for their two young children. When on rota you’ll deliver round-the-clock care, plan age-appropriate activities, support developmental milestones, and maintain a calm, organised home environment. Light housekeeping related to the children (and occasional household support) forms part of the role.
What We’re Looking For:
7–10 years’ longevity in a single UHNW household (London-based experience essential). Top references: “Shining” written & verbal references from previous principals. Clear checks: Current Enhanced DBS and Pediatric First Aid. Professional polish: Smart, sleek presentation; well spoken; excellent manners and judgement. Sole-charge confidence: Experienced with infants/toddlers, routines, weaning, sleep, and travel. Household fit: Proactive, energetic, activity-led, and happy to muck in with related housekeeping. Discretion: High level of confidentiality and a low-ego, service-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Sole-charge care of a 2-year-old and 6-month-old during on-duty weeks (24/7). Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities; manage routines, feeds, naps & milestones. Nursery duties & children’s housekeeping: laundry, wardrobe care, toys, rooms and nursery areas. Healthy meal prep for the children; support weaning and food variety. Travel readiness; passport-ready and flexible for occasional trips. Meticulous record-keeping (routines, supplies, milestones, medical notes). Liaison with parents and household team; calm, clear communication.
