Salary: £80,000 – £120,000 gross per annum

A VIP family is seeking a warm, professional, and highly experienced Rota Nanny to care for their three-year-old son as part of a fully staffed household with frequent international travel.

Working on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off schedule, the nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the little boy’s daily care and development. This includes getting him ready for the day, planning and accompanying him to age-appropriate activities, supporting early educational development (phonics, numbers, creative play), arranging and managing playdates and social activities, overseeing mealtimes and nutrition, and managing bath and bedtime routines.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and a sense of routine. You will be discreet, flexible, and confident working in high-profile, formal households with travel across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

The family is looking for a nanny who can establish structure while remaining playful and engaging. You should be confident in managing international travel with a young child, adapting smoothly to time zone changes and new environments.

Key requirements:

Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a nanny, with at least some experience in UHNW households
Strong understanding of early years development and age-appropriate routines
Professional, warm, and nurturing demeanour
Energetic, organised, and confident managing solo charge and travel logistics
Fluent English; other languages a plus
Fully up to date DBS, first aid certified, and excellent references
