Care for: G22 months

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm (60 hours per week over the holidays)

Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)

Start: September - 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)

A warm American family who have recently relocated to Belgravia are seeking an experienced and professional Nanny to care for their happy and easy-going 22-month-old daughter.

The family are looking for someone with approximately 5–10 years of professional childcare experience who is confident working within a private family environment. They would love a Nanny who is comfortable with a shared-care dynamic and enjoys building a positive relationship with the parents as well as their daughter. The family value open communication and are very receptive to the knowledge, ideas and experience a Nanny can bring to the role.

Their daughter is a curious and easy-going little girl who loves being outdoors, animals and play. She enjoys trips to Hyde Park, walks by the river, and visits to the Science Museum and Natural History Museum. From the autumn, the family are hoping to introduce ballet, swimming and music classes into her weekly routine.

You will take responsibility for her day to-day care, planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, accompanying her to classes and outings, preparing simple and nutritious meals, and supporting her ongoing development and routine. The family employ a Housekeeper, so there are no housekeeping or laundry responsibilities within the role.

The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm. The family also travel during the year, including extended summer trips and travel to the USA. When travelling, the working hours shift to approximately 60 hours per week.

The household has a friendly 10 year old hypoallergenic mixed-breed dog, so you should be comfortable around dogs; however, no dog care or walking is required. Driving is not essential, although it could be beneficial. A recognised childcare qualification would be welcomed.

The family are seeking someone warm, capable and discreet who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and is looking to build a positive, collaborative relationship with both the child and her parents.
