Care for: Twins (B&G), 4 years old

Days/Hours: Monday–Sunday, 10am–8pm (rota schedule)

Location: Hampstead, London

Salary: £70,000 gross per annum (dependent on qualifications, experience, and previous earnings)

We are looking for a fantastic Spanish-speaking Rota Nanny to care for 4-year-old twins in Hampstead. This is a wonderful opportunity to support two energetic and curious children as they grow through an exciting stage of their development.

The family’s current nanny has been with the twins since birth, and you will work alongside her to ensure a smooth transition. Both children now attend a Montessori nursery, so the family is looking for a nanny who can continue to stimulate their learning, plan age-appropriate activities, and provide structure around sensory, physical, and developmental milestones. A warm, organised, and proactive approach is essential, along with the ability to create fun, stimulating routines.

The parents both have full-time careers, so they are seeking a reliable and engaging nanny who can provide consistency, care, and encouragement while fostering independence and confidence in the children. The role will also involve international travel, with trips arranged in advance, so a nanny who enjoys travel and is adaptable will be a great fit.
