Role: Live-in Spanish-Speaking Junior Nanny / Au Pair (strong English required)

Care For: Supporting an experienced nanny with three children aged 6, 4, and 20 months

Days / Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break) or Friday – Sunday,

9:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Location: Oxshott, Surrey

Start Date: February 2026 (interviews taking place in January)

Our client is a warm and welcoming family based in Oxshott, Surrey, seeking a fun, energetic, Spanish-speaking Junior Nanny / Au Pair to join their household and spend quality time with their three children, helping them learn Spanish naturally through play and daily interaction.

The family employs a long-standing, hands-on nanny/housekeeper who has been with them for five years, alongside additional household staff. This is not a traditional nanny role. Instead, the family is looking for someone playful, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about engaging with children in a relaxed, positive way.

The children are bright, curious, and enjoy games, activities, and learning through play. Your role will focus on introducing and reinforcing Spanish by playing, talking, and interacting with the children throughout the day. You will support their learning through fun, age- appropriate activities and be a positive, active presence in their daily routine.

There will be no sole charge or housekeeping responsibilities, as full-time support is already in place. The ideal candidate will have an interest in childcare, education, or child development and be happy to teach Spanish in a natural, playful way rather than through formal lessons.

The family offers separate live-in staff accommodation with its own kitchen and living space.

You must be comfortable sharing the wider staff accommodation with the housekeeper during the week (Monday–Friday).

The salary on offer is £40,000, depending on experience.

Interviews will take place in January for a February start.
