Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 gross per annum (depending on experience, working schedule, and number of days)

A professional working family based in Bayswater (W2) are looking for a kind, experienced, and reliable full-time nanny to care for their delightful 11-month-old daughter.

This is a lovely long-term opportunity within a respectful and supportive household, ideally suited to a professional nanny who is nurturing, organised, and confident supporting early years development in a calm and loving environment.

The role can be offered on either a live-in or live-out basis, depending on your preference. If you are live-out, you will work Monday to Friday on a full-time schedule. If you are live-in, you will have your own private en-suite bedroom, with meals included.

You will take full responsibility for the little one’s day-to-day care and wellbeing, creating a gentle, consistent routine that supports her development. This will include overseeing feeding, naps, and bedtime, preparing bottles and nutritious meals, and planning engaging, age-appropriate activities to support her milestones.

You will also be responsible for all nursery duties, including bathing, dressing, and maintaining her hygiene, as well as keeping her spaces clean, organised, and well-managed (including laundry and wardrobe). While the family has a full-time housekeeper and cook, you may occasionally lend a hand with light household tasks or simple meal preparation, though your primary focus will always remain on the child.

The family would love to find someone with strong experience caring for babies under one year, who feels confident managing sleep routines. You will be naturally calm, patient, and affectionate, with a genuine passion for early years care and development.

You should be a non-smoker and comfortable with a live-in arrangement where your bedroom is used as the child’s playroom during the day. A Paediatric First Aid qualifications would be highly valued, along with excellent, checkable references.
