Location: Knightsbridge, London / New York (relocation to the USA)

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 gross per annum (DOE)

This is a truly special opportunity to join an incredibly warm, thoughtful, and professional family based between Knightsbridge, London and New York, with the role ultimately involving relocation to the USA. The family are seeking a nurturing, proactive Nanny to care for their six-month-old son and to grow alongside them as a trusted and valued presence in their home.

Both parents are highly engaged and hands-on. The mother works part-time and is very present, while the father is equally involved in day-to-day life with their son. They are looking for a Nanny who enjoys working in partnership with parents - someone confident in taking initiative, yet collaborative in approach, and genuinely invested in shared decision-making around care, routines, and development.

A strong emphasis is placed on early development, interaction, and flow. The ideal candidate will naturally engage a baby through conversation, play, movement, and exploration, creating a calm, responsive rhythm to the day. A background or strong interest in infant development is very welcome. Preparing fresh, nutritious meals for the child will also form part of the role.

The family divide their time between London and New York and enjoy a balanced, home-centred lifestyle with occasional travel. The household is fully supported with additional staff, allowing the Nanny to focus fully on the child and his care and development.

The live-in accommodation will be well set up in both locations, offering a private bedroom and bathroom and ensuring a high level of comfort, privacy, and independence. A live-out arrangement may be considered initially while London-based, prior to relocation.
