LIVE IN NANNY BASED IN LONDON

Description

A live-in nanny is needed for a family of five at their lovely London townhouse in Chelsea. Candidates must have relevant experience and checkable references to be considered.

The successful candidate will collaborate with another nanny, a full-time daily housekeeper, a weekend housekeeper, and the household PA. Together, the team will care for three children aged between 19 months and 9 years, ensuring that there are always two staff members present with the children. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in daily routines and getting the children ready in the morning

- Preparing breakfast and simple, healthy evening meals

- Taking the children to and from school, which is a short walk from the home

- Managing after-school activities and bedtime routines

- Performing nursery duties, including light housework and laundering the children's clothes for the housekeeper to iron and put away

The household fosters a peaceful, team-oriented environment. A valid digital passport is required for national and international travel with the family, and occasional care of the children may be needed when the principals are traveling without them.

The position requires working six days a week, with long breaks during the day, including late hold mornings to early afternoons. Evenings are free when the children are in bed. Officially, the role is paid for 12 hours per day, but the actual working hours will typically be 6-8 hours per day when the family is at home.

The ideal candidate should speak good English, and knowledge of Tagalog is preferred, although other languages are welcome. The compensation is £216 per day (self-employed), equating to £67,392 per annum, with paid annual holidays.
