Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-50 hours per week

A lovely family based in Addingham are looking for an experienced and reliable full time nanny housekeeper to provide childcare support for their two children, aged 4 and 8 years old, while assisting with the smooth running of their household. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing and organised candidate who enjoys creating a happy environment for children while maintaining a well-managed family home.

The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive and confident working independently. A driver is essential for this role to assist with school runs, activities and household errands. Previous experience in a similar private household position, along with excellent references, is required.

Duties include:

providing attentive and engaging care for the children
supporting the children’s daily routines and development
organising creative play, activities and outings
assisting with school runs and driving the children to activities
preparing nutritious meals, snacks and drinks for the children
supporting homework and reading activities
helping with morning and evening routines
keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas organised
washing, ironing and caring for children’s clothing
changing bed linen and maintaining bedrooms
undertaking general housekeeping duties throughout the home
cleaning and tidying kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
shopping for groceries and household essentials
running errands as required
keeping the household organised and running efficiently

Requirements:

Paediatric First Aid

Enhanced DBS check

UK work permit

Valid Driver’s License
