Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm

A lovely family based in Balham are seeking an experienced and caring full time live out nanny housekeeper to care for their 10-month-old baby while helping to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming home. This is a wonderful opportunity for a warm, proactive and reliable candidate who enjoys combining childcare with housekeeping responsibilities in a family environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience caring for babies, be confident supporting developmental milestones and be able to manage the household efficiently during quieter periods. Previous experience in a similar private household role and excellent references are essential.

Duties include:

providing attentive and nurturing care for the baby
supporting feeding, nap and daily routines
planning stimulating and age-appropriate activities to encourage development
preparing healthy meals and snacks for the baby
maintaining the baby’s nursery, toys and belongings
supporting developmental milestones through play and interaction
taking the baby to local classes, parks and outings when appropriate
undertaking general housekeeping duties throughout the home
cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
laundry, ironing and wardrobe care for the family
making beds and changing bed linen
keeping the home tidy, organised and well presented
maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
running household errands and grocery shopping when required
preparing simple family meals when needed
ensuring the home remains clean, welcoming and running smoothly each day
