Excellent used condition. Smoke and pet free home. Immaculate for display. Comes with original box, original instructions x2, full set of 8 replacement figures (there was none when I bought this set. The Lego build of the byres house and the upside down version are complete original Lego with all the original Lego stickers applied. The 2 support trees had missing parts which I managed to replace with similar elements. The bicycle frame is blue instead of black and has both wheels (only one shown in pics) If you are pernickity you can pick up all the correct parts online for pennies (except for the genuine Lego mini figures which are ridiculous money to purchase individually so that’s why I bought high quality replacements). The main set specific parts and stickers are all there. The light brick is fully working with battery included. Study the pictures, this is a cheap way to get a very hard to find set to look great in your collection / display shelf. Some sellers online are looking for £600+ to cash in on the Xmas rush / release of Stranger things 5!………to be fair this set is an investment it will only continue to increase in value as Lego have retired it long ago.
