Both in good order.
Mattress has a top part that unzips and can be washed.
* The cotbed is ok from 3 months until age 4 years
* Has a couple of heights you can put the base to
* Has a side you can lift down
* Picture is just for reference, as cot might have a couple of areas due to general use
* I also have another mattress not in as good condition but same size and can have if wanted
I originally paid over £650 for it, so think this is a great deal.
