This is a fantastic awning which uses Khyams Quick Erect Pole System which means that all poles remain sewn-in to the flysheet when the awning is packed away. To pitch you simply unfold the tent and lock the joints into place within a matter of seconds. The aluminium frame and is very robust and the this awning has stood up to several storms!
The package on sale gives a fantastically versatile setup to suit multiple scenarios. Use the awning by itself (With or without groundsheet and carpet) for a quick shelter on overnight or weekend trips. Add the 4 berth bedroom annex for additional sleeping or storage space or longer trips.
The awning has windows all round to allow plenty of light during the day, and these can all be covered for maximum privacy in the evening. The main door and secondary j-door have mesh ventilation panels for airflow whilst maintaining bug protection.
Awning has been well looked after and always stored clean and dry. There is some normal wear and tear (including some minor repairs), but the awning remains fully functional and weatherproof. Spares and accessories are readily available from Khyam or on e-bay.
Awning is approx 20kg and the bedroom annex is probably about another 10kg.
An equivalent new bundle from Khyam would be approx £900 in the sale (£1300 rrp)

Note: The awning was put up quite quickly for the pictures. When fully adjusted and pegged out the exterior is a lot tighter and the groundsheet, carpets etc are a perfect fit.
