Heavy duty Bradcot awning - with annex - for sited caravan

I've had this awning since new but sold the caravan about 6 years ago. It has finally made it out the loft! It was used for 3 summer seasons so has spent most of its life in the garage loft. It is in excellent condition and should give several years of service. I don't remember there being any rips, repairs or stitching problems and I certainly didn't see any when I took it out for photos. It could do with being given a clean but this can probably only be done properly when it is on a caravan.

Note it has the heavy metal poles so is best suited to a touring caravan that is sited for the season - it's called a 'Residencia'. I wouldn't suggest using it for touring.

It has the annex which can be attached to one end of the awning for extra space or for kids to sleep outside the main caravan. It also has the curtains, draught strip to attach to the bottom of the caravan, various pegs, rubber connectors, etc.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the awning attached to the caravan but these pictures were taken in our garden today.

Probably too big and bulky to deliver but can be picked up from South Northamptonshire or I can meet between here and Portsmouth (where I regularly travel during the summer).

I hope I've priced the awning very reasonably in order to get it sold. I hope it is the best value awning on Gumtree so don't assume the low price is due to hidden problems - as far as I know there are none!
