Car starts and drives perfect, mechanically mint, 0 issues with engine and gearbox

2 new rear tires just put on.
Recent service just done.
Unfortunately car was parked up for a year due to unforeseen circumstances, and someone didn’t like where it was parked and vandalised the car. Most marks can be machine polished out, and may get this done before the sale. Would need new front bumper and headlight case too, as while it was parked it seems as someone may have reversed into it.
Autotrader cheapest one goes for 12k with same mileage so this is priced cheapest on the net.
