Lpg converted has been parked in the garage for 4 years, driver side window doesn't go up,

1.8 petrol cabriolet auto with lpg conversion it was cheap to run fuel wise converted on lpg.
Full black leather seats
Dent on passenger side wing.
Will need a clean as been parked up.

No battery in there, can probably provide a battery to show it starting from my other car.
Wanted to fix the window and put it back on the road, haven't got time.
