Terms and Conditions:
Manufacturers continue to incur inflationary costs due to global shortages and supply problems and this is likely to continue for the foreseeable future. This situation is beyond their control.
Any contract that you agree with them will be regulated by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Contract Law. This ensures the following:

• PRICE - If the dealership unilaterally increases the price stated in the contract, then you do not have to accept the increase and that in these circumstances you have the right to cancel your contract and any payments made e.g., deposit must be reimbursed in full.
• SPECIFICATION - If there is any “material” (i.e., significant) changes in specification that are not on like-for-like or better than those you originally agreed to, then you do not have to accept them and you have the right to cancel your contract and any payments made e.g., deposit must be reimbursed in full.
• DELIVERY - If the dealership fails to deliver the vehicle within 53 days of the estimated delivery date (or if the contract has an extended delivery period that is reasonable), you may specify a period of time that is appropriate in the circumstances and require the dealership to deliver the leisure vehicle before the end of that period. If delivery does not occur, you may treat the contract as at an end (ideally cancelled in writing) and any payments made e.g., deposit must be reimbursed in full.
Taking the information above, into account Geoff Cox Leisure agree to reserve a motorhome build slot in your name without the garauntee of a firm delivery date, price or specification. All the information provided at the time of order may be subject to change and we kindly ask you to consider at this point whether you are happy to proceed with the order before signing.
A reservation fee will be charged for reserving your vehicle and will be deducted from the final balance of the vehicle. This may be refunded only if the criteria above have not been met/ prior to the vehicle being produced. Once the vehicle has been produced you will be invited to inspect the vehicle and a deposit of 10% or the final balance will be required prior to collection. It will not be possible to refund the reservation fee at this time.
For used vehicles we advise that we make the vehicle available for full inspection before agreeing to purchase so that you may be fully aware of the condition of the vehicle prior to purchase.
