Au Pair Wanted – Knightsbridge | Active Family with Two Boys (Ages 3 & 5)

Description

We are a warm, active family based in Knightsbridge, with two lovely boys aged 3 and 5, both attending nursery and school. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable au pair to join our family and support us alongside our experienced nanny, who has been with us since our eldest was just 3 months old.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Hands-on, proactive, and shows initiative
- Creative, playful, and genuinely enjoys engaging with children
- Extremely organised and responsible
- Independent, confident, and able to manage themselves well
- Comfortable taking sole charge of the boys for a few hours when needed
- A strong team player who can work well with our nanny
- Curious, adventurous, and excited to explore the world with our family

Required:
- Valid DBS check
- First Aid training (can be arranged by us if needed)
- English
- Proven experience and genuine passion for working with children and babies
- High standards of hygiene and tidiness (very important to our family)
- Knowledge of the Montessori method and positive reinforcement is a plus

Additional Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Hold a valid passport
- Available to travel immediately, including during half-term holidays
- Comfortable with international travel - destinations varies

Schedule & Duties:
3 mornings per week: 07:00 am to 10:00 am
Occasional evening babysitting
Saturday and Sunday full-time work, supporting the boys’ activities (tennis, swimming, etc.)
Days off during the week

Light cleaning, organisation, and support with household activities during the week
