Description
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Brewery Assistant to join our small team at our kombucha brewery in Glasgow. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day production and packaging, helping us deliver high-quality kombucha to our customers.
What you’ll do
Operate and maintain the bottling line and other packaging equipment
Clean and sanitise equipment and work areas to maintain food safety standards
Pick, pack and label finished products for orders and deliveries
Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
Support general brewery operations as needed
What we’re looking for
A team player with good attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work in a production setting
Organised and able to follow processes accurately
Previous experience in food/drink manufacturing or packaging is a bonus, but full training will be provided
What we offer
32 hours per week. 8 hour shifts (Mon-Sun between the hours of 8am-8pm)
£113.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)
