This Singer Automatic Swing-Needle Sewing Machine Model 306K is still a really nice sewing machine to use for straight lines, zig zag, button holes and zippers on a wide range of materials, including denim and curtain material. It would be ideal for anyone wanting to develop their sewing skills and make their own clothes or curtains, as well as anyone wanting to add to their collection of vintage sewing machines.

The serial number of this Singer sewing machine is EJ636116, which confirms it was manufactured in the early part of 1954 at the Kilbowie factory in Scotland.

This item includes:
• The original metal sewing machine frame, wood base, wood extension, foot pedal and light fitting (although it needs a new bulb)
• The original instruction manuals, 3 original metal bobbins, 16 spare needles, a range of different feet and the original screwdriver (although it no longer includes the original fashion discs)
• The original wooden carrying case, with a mock crocodile covering, to protect the sewing machine during storage and transport.

The carrying case dimensions are 55cm long x 24cm wide x 38cm high.

The sewing machine dimensions are 51cm long x 22cm wide x 31cm high, with a 21cm x 21cm extension.
