Description
5 Hardback books, comprising four ‘Stitch by Stitch’ by Marshall Cavendish and ‘The Complete Dress Maker’ by Peggie Hayden, which is a comprehensive guide to making your own clothes. Even if some of the designs are a little dated, the fundamental principles and techniques are still relevant today.
Plus 12 Magazines, including five ‘Stitch by Stitch’ and three handicraft publications for making your own décor and gifts.
There are various reels of cotton, and bundles of wool, seaming tapes, knitting needles and accessories, a bag of zips, a small child’s knitted or crocheted jacket (slightly marked), plus other knitted pieces, all made by my mother, who was a skilled dressmaker.
Please note that since the photos were taken, more wool and bits and bobs have been added to the pile.
This is ideal for someone who is already an avid crafter or could be a great starter kit for someone. It may also suit an organisation such as W.I.
I welcome sensible questions and thank you for looking.
Open to reasonable offers, so the price listed is a guide, taking the hardbacks into consideration.
