Magic 5s Jewellery Engraving Machine

I am moving to a much smaller studio, so need to downsize my tools and machines considerably. There will be many more items being advertised in the next few weeks.

First listing is my lovely Magic 5S Engraving machine.

It is great for engraving flat and curved items, plus the inside and outside of rings. It is capable of engraving incredible fine detail and comes with software which I find intuitive to use. I often take an image of a fingerprint, handwriting or child’s drawing and convert it to a toolpath in the software for engraving, which is lovely for personalisation.

I also find it great for accurate marking of designs ready for drilling or for hand piercing.

It can engrave numerous types of standard or imported fonts and you can import a wide range of file formats including images and SVG’s to convert to toolpaths for engraving, or use the built in design samples from the software. You can create your own art and import in .svg, .pdf., .bmp, .png (and a couple of other formats) which can be converted simply into toolpaths and engraved using either single line, outline, hatch, contour line or photo impact engraving. (Please see video for more info). Uses either a diamond or carbide engraving tip.
I am happy to answer any questions that I can (outside of what is explained clearly in the manual) for the first three months after purchase.
