Role: Freelance Creative Designer

• Type: Outside IR35

• Location: Fully remote, client - Digital agency based in Manchester

• The role:

You’ll be working with a fast-paced digital agency on a mix of short-term sprints and ongoing design projects. This is proper agency work, moving quickly, juggling priorities, and delivering high-quality design without needing your hand held. If you enjoy momentum rather than endless meetings, this will suit you.

• What you’ll be doing:

Designing digital and layout-led assets using Adobe InDesign and the wider Adobe Creative Suite, collaborating remotely with agency teams, and turning sometimes optimistic briefs into clean, considered design. Figma experience is desirable but not essential.

• Experience we need:

You must have worked in or for a fast-paced digital agency environment and be comfortable handling multiple projects at once. Medical or healthcare sector design experience is essential, not a nice-to-have.

• The setup:

Fully remote, outside IR35, with flexible contract lengths depending on project flow. There is a steady pipeline of work for the right designer.
