Description
Hi im subletting my studio for 6 months with a view to it being permanent after that.
It's £120 per month upfront and I require one month notice if you absolutely need to leave.
It's a small shared space so you can have a desk, painting or shelving because you get a huge ceramics room to work in as well and kilns (extra firing cost) plus woodwork room and print room fully equipped. I hope to rent it from January but I need to clear it first depending on how quick or how much stuff you have.
