We outsourced this project due to workload pressures, Using MCA and their planning consultant team, to help my client deliver listed consent and planning application for change of use to ground floor commercial unit. If we come across heritage projects like this, we will be using MCA again.

I thank Jose for helping me understand the space in my rear extension and Refurbishment of my three Storey townhouse. The drawings were very impressive and he is really knowledgeable provided options for design solutions. I am very impressed with the 3-D model and animations too. We use Jose to help design an extension to our house and replacement of our kitchen. He listened to what we wanted to get out of this and used that to come up with a layout that we (and some other architects we had over) did not come up with. Next to a good architect, Jose is also a pleasant person to work with. He got our building permission sorted without any hurdles. We are very happy with the end result and can not recommend him enough.
