Robert Tutton Town Planning Consultants Ltd has two full-time directors, Robert and Niall, who draw on over 70 years of combined experiences to assist all development sectors.

Based in Fareham, our core client base is predominantly south Hampshire but we also cover neighbouring counties such as Surrey, Sussex, Wiltshire and Dorset.

We are general practitioners that offer a tailored, structured service. We believe that our reputation has been built on sound knowledge of the planning system, efficient and effective working and value for money; client satisfaction is our priority.

We handle all manner of development proposals in the residential, business and leisure fields and our successes with particularly challenging projects relating to agricultural buildings and dwellings, hot food outlets and travellers confirm that we are ready, willing and able to respond positively. We offer planning and enforcement advice, prepare applications, prosecute appeals via the written, hearing and public inquiry procedures and make representations at local plan inquiries.

I approached Niall Tutton to do my planning project in the New Forest after my previous planner failed to make any progress, wasted my time and money. Niall was courteous ,professional ,kept all his promises and pursued the application regularly ,sorting all obstacles that arose and kept me updated without even me asking and finally i got the approval through his meticulous work and perseverance . I can not praise this company enough ,they take pride in what they do and look after there customers. Well done and thank you .

The team were easy to deal with and kept us updated regularly. They took the pressure away by managing the application through to a success outcome. We appreciated their honesty and support. They are an exceptional company to have on your side. Over the years I have used them twice and both times I have had very positive result. What sets them apart is that they have profound knowledge of the subject matter but are able to dive into a wealth of skills which really enhances the whole procedure.
