With over 20 years experience as a surveyor and RICS qualified, I’m in a great position to help you move your project forward!

My aim is to produce drawings to your brief, then prepare, manage and submit any application on your behalf.

My service includes advice, measured surveys, CAD drawings, location plans, site plans, in order to support your application.

I’ll prepare the appropriate application, track and manage its progress on your behalf, this part of my service is FREE, you only pay for the survey and drawings!

We worked with Ben on the designs for our annexe and couldn't have been happier with his services. His guidance and knowledge of the process for a retrospective application was genuinely invaluable. As it was a straightforward design he didn't even need to visit the site, we just sent him the measurements and he sent us the design back within days. Professional, responsive and great to work with. And importantly the planning was approved! Highly recommend.
