For sale is this very rare Aprilia 2 stroke ROTAX 125 Tuareg Wind. I bought it myself years ago to restore but Ive now decided to just sell it how it is.
This bike is a hungarian import (from the days before NOVA and has not been registered or declared here.
I was hoping to buy a UK frame for it to avoid any difficulties with registering it with DVLA



VEHICLE REGISTRATION MARK: NEVER BEEN REGISTERED IN THE UK
HPI CATEGORY: NA.
V5 PRESENT: No paperwork other than a receipt from us.
KEYS: 1x genuine Aprilia key.
DOES BIKE RUN: No. It has been stood for over 10 years. We have made no attempt to start this bike although we have checked and it is not seized.
MILEAGE: 34354kms which is about 21000miles.
MOT: All of our bikes are untested and sold as projects.

BAD POINTS/DAMAGE: Too much damage to list, please study the pictures for a better idea of the state of this bike. We also think the frame number of this bike has been tampered with at some point which is another reason why we though this bike would make a better parts donor. Please study the pics as this description is just a guide.

GOOD POINTS/EXTRAS: These bikes are very rare and sought after. It is mostly complete and would make a nice project. Failing that it could be broken for more than the asking price.

This is a private sale and Im not open to any offers. If it doesnt sell at some point I will restore/repair it myself.


I normally only sell my bikes within the trade but Im going to see how I get on selling trade bikes direct to the public. This means that they will be sold cheaper that you could buy them for from a retailer but they are sold as trade sales. I will be completely open with all of my bikes and I encourage people to come and check over the bikes so that you are happy with them before committing to buy. When I list my bikes I will be comparing prices and making sure that they are priced very competitively so please dont make silly offers. I do not have a shop so viewing is strictly by appointment only.

IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT WITH MECHANICS OR VEHICLE RESTORATION I WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING A BIKE ELSEWHERE. IT WILL COST YOU MORE BUT IT WILL HAVE THE BENEFIT OF A WARRANTY.

All of our bikes unless otherwise stated are TRADE SALES. We will visually check our bikes and list them as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee that we will describe every mark or defect with every machine.
This means that they are sold with NO WARRANTY. Any vehicle is open to inspection so that you can satisfy yourself to its condition before parting with any money.
Bikes can be delivered at a cost of £1 per mile (1 way) from DY8 although I would encourage any potential buyers to come and view the bike first as a non-refundable deposit is required before a delivery can take place.
