Antique cast iron Avery 3CWT platform scales, as originally used on stream train station platforms
Made to weigh up to 3CWT, and still works (it is a simple balance scale)
It has 2 wheels and 2 folding handles to enable it to be easily moved
All wooden parts are in sound condition
Makes a great garden feature / plant stand
