A Rare Antique Childs Chair Ash & Elm Comb Back Windsor Arm Chair 1840-1860
Having a traditional hooped back and arms with spindle supports above a well figured ash seat. Raised on turned supports. English circa 1840-1850
The solid seat is scooped and shaped, the arms
supported on turned supports . The chair stands on 4 turned legs with cross stretcher.
This chair is great for children or that lovable teddy or doll, a great place to display them.
There is no wood worm, so no old holes which is common in chairs of this age.
There are not too many with this age that have survived.
