This handsome 19th-century pine mule chest is a beautifully honest example of rural English furniture, offering the perfect blend of practicality, character, and decorative charm. Crafted in solid pine with wonderfully worn surfaces and a warm, mellow tone, this antique storage chest features its original lift-up top, internal candle box, and two deep long drawers, making it as functional today as it was over 150 years ago.
