Description
A very nice Army Officers Military Campaign Case dated 1885.
Recently refurbished to a very high standard. All Original brass binding, hinges, lock mechanism, stud feet and folding carry handles.
Lock and Key.
Solid sterling silver name plaque inscribed ' M. H. Ormiston March 16th 1885 ' placed on top of the lid.
Size 45 x 34 x 17cm
A very good example with no scratches or faults.
Very rare chamfered corner shaping on this case.
Original Army and Navy makers label inside the case.
Relined in moss green felt.
