Do you LOVE cats ? We currently have a lovely pet care role available for someone to join our friendly team as a freelance pet carer. The particular areas we are looking for carers are: Shepherds Bush, Notting Hill, Hammersmith, Earls Court, Kensington, Fulham. Not all areas need to be covered, in order to apply.

Cat Visitor Role

Visit cats once or twice per day in their own home to feed, clean, play, and cuddle cats for 30 minutes at a time. Photos & updates are sent to clients via WhatsApp with each visit. This role can also suit someone with a full-time 9 – 5 job, but would love to add the joy of pet care to their lives.

Possible additional roles

For those who may be interested, we also have additional pet care work available, such live-in care work with cats or dogs whilst owners are away on holiday. Or dog / puppy care in the owner's homes for a few hours per day, up to a whole day (whilst the owner is out at work). Or boarding small animals (such as hamsters / guinea pigs or a bird) in your own home.

Summary

We'd like to work with someone who is kind, caring, conscientious, warm & friendly, and loves animals (in particular, cats). Someone who has strong & confident communication skills, and wishes to build a long term working relationship. Work is available on an ad hoc, self-employed, freelance & long term / ongoing basis.

Requirements:

- Really LOVE cats !

- Friendly & with excellent people & communication skills

- Be prepared to have a DBS clearance & references checked

- Have an excellent command of spoken and written English

- Take pride in your work with attention to detail

- Reliable time keeping

- Not allergic to cats

- Legally allowed to live and work in the UK with a personal UK bank account

These roles are best suited to someone looking for a supplementary income, as work consistency is not guaranteed, due to the nature of the business. Pet carers can choose which assignments they would like to accept, and work is available as a self-employed contractor via the agency.
