After lots of internet research, I settled on Domestic Air to install an air conditioning unit in my bedroom. I had good communication with them and advice on which units would suit our room and recommendations on which units to review. However, like most customers you question yourself, have I chosen the right company, there is always a doubt in your mind when you use someone new. Well, I most definitely did. Conrad and Darren, the installation engineers where brilliant, professional, polite and extremely hard working. The explained what they were doing, made sure we were happy and talked us through all the steps and then finally giving us a rundown of the system. They were extremely tidy and left no trace of their work once completed. I’d recommend without hesitation to family and friends in terms of time/cost/quality all being delivered as promised.

Domestic Air have just completed my Air Con install for 3 interior and 2 exterior unit. From the very beginning the advice was professional and not pushy at all, and all the information I needed to make the best choice was easily available. The install was very smooth, the guys were friendly, clean and tidy and the aftercare looks to be spot on. Would certainly recommend!

I contacted Domestic Air to quote a couple of options for a new system to replace a portable air con unit we had that was too noisy and had broken down. Ryan was really helpful in explaining all the options and availability really clearly. Matt arrived on the day we’d pencilled in as planned and wired extremely tidily and respectfully around the house which was very much appreciated. The system has been in a month or so and no faults to report. All service options were issued on completion along with manufacturer warranty. I’d recommend without hesitation to family and friends in terms of time/cost/quality all being delivered as promised.
