Neil installed our air conditioning and was outstanding from start to finish. He made a special effort to fit us in quickly due to our circumstances — we needed the AC urgently for our autistic son, who is extremely heat‑sensitive and struggling in the current hot weather. Neil was very reasonably priced, professional, friendly and incredibly hardworking. He worked through a very hot day without complaint and kept everything tidy throughout. We’re so grateful for his care and the speed at which he helped us. Highly recommended.
