Great work from the team at Keen Resources. They were efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely book them again for any future house moves.

Avoid using - poor communication and they sub-contract their work I was made to believe that Keen Resources have their own ‘man in a van’ moving services, so i had initially booked their services. I was given a driver name a day before the move. On the day of the move i was in contact with another different company, who didn’t want to give me their name/ details and told me keen resources sub-contracted them. I asked Javier at keen resources why they didn’t inform someone else was taking on the job and he told me, the original driver couldn’t make it. The sub-contractor bought his van full of appliances and told me i would need 2x trips, i argued about this, and he then wanted extra money to be paid for the time he unloaded appliances (that werent mine) from his van, i refused and told him to leave. Keen resources then told me this was a bad company and they do sub-contract jobs, which they didn’t inform me of earlier. He found me another company with a van for the next day and offered me discount. Next day came and at the end of the day when the sub-contract asked me to pay them directly, they could not honour the discount for a second trip and at that point i was fed up and just paid. I told Javier at keen resources, that again he did not manage this properly and i paid more than i should have but he stopped messaging back. Very unprofessional and dishonest.

I had a 3 bedroom flat to shift and Keen Resources were a heaven send. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They were polite and very helpful and worked very hard, i had a lot of stairs and 3 trips so you can imagine how many things they had to shift. Great service and fantastic team! Will definitely use again in the future and recommend highly!
