Job Title: Transport Coordinator
Salary: £37,000
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 Hours

A well-established Hire Company who puts its employees as their number one asset is seeking a Transport Coordinator. As the Transport Planner you will be required to coordinate the company’s fleet of vehicles and drivers.

About your new Transport Coordinator role:
Manage the existing transport team in relation to disciplinaries, performance reviews, and staff development
Route plan for multiple vehicles and ensure Drivers have correct paperwork to complete their duties.
Supervise and manage the drivers’ workloads in compliance to all aspects of UK law
Investigate root causes of service failuresWhat you’ll need to succeed:

Previous experience as a Transport Coordinator
Good problem solving and people management skills
