Salary: £14.39 per hour + £2.00/hour shift allowance (after 6PM and weekends)

Hours: 4 on 4 off – 06:00 to 18:30 (Average 40.25 hours/week)

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Minder to join a fast-paced food production site based in Caistor. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and great staff benefits – ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

Start-up, changeover and shutdown of machinery

*

First-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance

*

Supporting production line efficiency

*

Logging and reporting live data

*

Maintaining stock levels and hygiene standards

*

Assisting with production tasks when required

What We’re Looking For

Good understanding of English and numeracy

*

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

*

High attention to detail

*

Flexibility to support across duties as needed

*

Previous experience in a production environment is desirable, but not essential – full training provided
