We are seeking an experienced Banksman to join our team in Doncaster. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with 11-hour shifts. Overtime will be paid at time and a half. Weekly wages provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and guide drivers of heavy vehicles and machinery safely on site using hand signals, radios, or other communication methods

*

Manage vehicle positioning to prevent accidents and ensure efficient workflow

*

Monitor the site for hazards and report safety concerns

*

Coordinate with site supervisors to maintain smooth operations

*

Operate the weighbridge system: weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles, record weights accurately, and ensure compliance with site and legal requirements

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Banksman

*

Experience with weighbridge duties preferred

*

Strong communication skills and excellent attention to safety

*

Reliable and punctual
