The Role As the Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the friendly voice and steady hand behind a wide range of client enquiries.

From coordinating logistics to keeping national accounts in the loop, you’ll be a key player in maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities • Be the first point of contact for all client communication, delivering a warm, professional service every time • Manage a high-volume phone line, responding to enquiries and meeting daily SLAs • Keep records up to date, upload essential documentation, and resolve queries efficiently • Support national account relationships by providing updates on orders and project timelines • Oversee shipping and logistics coordination with internal teams • Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance-related services About You • A natural communicator with excellent customer service skills • Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities • Meticulously organised with high attention to detail • A collaborative team player with a proactive, adaptable approach • Previous admin or client support experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus What’s On Offer? • £2,400 annual bonus in addition to your base salary • Genuine progression path with a route into surveying for those who want it • Full training and development from day one • Supportive culture that values every team member • Flexible working ethos with great people
