What You'll Be Doing:

* Delivering small group or 1:1 support sessions in class or intervention spaces

* Building trusting relationships to help children feel safe, confident, and engaged

* Contributing to termly progress reviews and pupil wellbeing plans

Ideal Graduate For this North London SEN School:

* A graduate in psychology, education, or a related field (2:1 or above preferred)

* Passionate about inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs

* Patient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent

* Clear communicator who can work effectively with a multidisciplinary team

* Previous experience in SEN or with children is beneficial but not essential

* Ready to commit full-time from September through to July
