Grape Picker

Description

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable grape pickers to join our grape picking team for a period of approximately 4-8 Weeks. On going work for the right candidate. Must have a car to get to work due to the location as the vineyards are arces long and they work on varied parts of the site. They have transport to move the workers across the fields.

Location: Maidstone area (ME14)

Hourly pay: £13.00 per hour

Working hours: 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

Harvest grapes from vines using hand tools and equipment.

Sort the grapes based on their size, colour, and quality.

Remove debris, leaves, and stems from the grapes before putting them in the buckets

On shift someone will run the buckets to the tractors - this role will rotate

Report any issues or problems with the grapes to the supervisor.

Follow safety guidelines and regulations while working in the vineyards.

Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment

Ability to work in various weather conditions.
