Pay: £12.60 per hour

Shifts: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00 | Weekends 07:00-11:00

Are you passionate about crop health and sustainable farming? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Agronomist to join our team on a temporary basis, playing a key role in ensuring strong, healthy, and productive crops.

What You'll Be Doing

Ensuring crops thrive in safe, high-care environments

Managing all aspects of crop growth and maintenance to achieve production goals

Monitoring plant health and tailoring care plans for optimum results

Implementing preventative measures to control pests, diseases, and outbreaks

Conducting soil and water analysis to guide fertilisation and irrigation

Collaborating with field staff and management to uphold best practices

Recording and reporting crop performance to support continuous improvement What We're Looking For

Proven experience in managing large-scale agricultural operations

Strong knowledge of plant health, pathology, and agronomy practices

Hands-on experience with pest and disease control methods

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
